Spring In The White Mountains
At the time of writing this, its April 5th. 2023, and we are thrilled to be enjoying longer, and definitely warmer days.
What a great Winter we had, but I don’t know anyone who is sad to see it go. 🙂
It feels as if we’ve truly hit “open window season”, and have the benefits of that beautiful snow to enjoy it. Low fire danger is a blessing we will always be grateful for.
Spring Cleaning
All that being said, let’s face it, Spring also comes with Allergy season, and all that beautiful sunshine highlighting the neglect of a cold dark winter. It must be time for Spring cleaning! Love it or hate it, most of us want to clean all those areas that were ignored as we (I) hid under blankets in front of the fire. 🙂

Short Term Rentals
Of course we manage short term rentals, and as such, we strongly advise a minimum of two deep cleans a year. These homes not only take on more abuse than our private residences, but guests want cleanliness.
While we certainly clean in between guests, things like ceiling fans, baseboards, doors, cabinets, chairs and walls are just some of the areas that don’t always get the attention they needs. In order to keep our rentals in optimal shape, we need to schedule extra time in the home every few months.
