We’ve done our best to outline what we feel are the most asked questions, but please feel free to call with any specific questions you may have.
They vary, and that’s the short answer. This is an ever changing industry, in a time where there have been numerous increases to the minimum wage laws. We are quickly approaching another dollar an hour raise in January of 2020.
So we’re always doing what we can to provide a good competitive price to our consumer, while making sure we can at least meet our overhead.

Many projects require a couple days with a crew of 3 to 4, so we encourage you to provide plenty of notice as a large project will require careful scheduling.
All of our employees are easily identifiable with uniformed shirts.
We generally clean in crews of 2 to 4, and we try to map out our day to work as efficiently as possible.
There will be a team leader who delegates the employees to specific areas of the home, allowing for a quick and efficient completion time.
Short term rentals are becoming increasingly popular here in the white mountains, while most owners live elsewhere.
In saying that, we really try to cover it all so that you don’t need to worry.
Whether you choose to come and check on your home periodically, or you need someone to handle that along with the cleaning. We do that!
We’re quite experienced with these reservation emails, and know exactly when your guest should be arriving and leaving. Once the guests leave, we’ll confirm that they were compliant with your policies so that you can proceed with their deposit return, or loss.

We try to be very flexible when it comes to payment, as everyone has a personal preference.
Some may chose to keep a credit card on file, which makes automatic payments quick & easy. While others are more traditional, and still prefer to write a check for easy accounting. Whatever your preference, we’re pretty easy to accommodate.

We use a third party software called “Jobber”, and we don’t know how we ever kept track of everything before this program! 🙂
That said, we still wish there was more available for our users…but they are constantly updating to meet the growing demand for a better experience.
We’re always looking for good people as we expand.
Although we’re blessed to have great retention with several of our employees, others can go through the entire hiring process, and literally be a no call no show their first day on the job.
We certainly don’t require experience, and will never discriminate in any manner, but we do ask that you’re really serious about working!
